Problem
Cell C’s Take a Child to Work (TACTW) initiative aims to inspire and empower South African youth by exposing them to real-world work environments. However, the program currently faces challenges in generating sufficient awareness, engagement, and participation among its target audiences.
Problem
We developed #QuestUp — a dynamic digital plugin integrated into the Cell C website. #QuestUp creates an interactive platform where learners, schools, and corporations connect through gamified challenges, quests, and achievements. Partner corporations can collaborate with schools to host events and workshops, each serving as a “challenge” that earns participating students digital badges. These badges contribute to their school’s position on a public leaderboard, fostering motivation and friendly competition. To amplify reach and participation, the campaign is supported by engaging social media content that highlights student achievements, corporate partnerships, and ongoing quests, driving continuous excitement and involvement across all audiences.
