our services

Sunday Studio is a creative agency offering branding, digital marketing, content creation, and design services.
All projects are handled under individually agreed briefs, proposals, and/or contracts, which may include separate payment and delivery terms.

intellectual property rights

All materials created and shared by Sunday Studio — including designs, logos, images, text, videos, and other creative works — are protected by South African copyright law and international intellectual property treaties.

a. Ownership

All creative content, branding materials, and concepts produced by Sunday Studio remain the property of Sunday Studio until full payment is received.
Once payment is complete, ownership and usage rights are transferred to the client as per the project agreement.
Sunday Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, or social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

b. Client Materials

Clients must ensure that any material they provide (such as logos, photos, or text) does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks. Sunday Studio accepts no responsibility for materials supplied by clients that violate copyright law.

c. Unauthorized Use

No part of Sunday Studio’s website or materials may be copied, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

payment and fees

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals or invoices.
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may result in delayed project timelines or additional fees.
Ownership and final deliverables will only be released once payment is received in full.
